Last week, I met with Staffordshire Chief Constable, Chris Noble, in Parliament.
Chris has been a police officer for 26 years and started his career in Northern Ireland.
He was the Commander for Belfast City Policing District, leading more than 1000 staff with responsibility for overt counter-terrorism policing, local response and neighbourhood policing, and public order, so I'm confident he will deliver high quality policing across Tamworth and the villages, especially as the move continues to a more local policing model.
I will continue to meet with officers across our area to share the concerns raised with me by local people
